Your subscription can be canceled on a monthly basis and also has no minimum term. You can also add or remove products at any time, adjust the frequency or add products once.

No shipping costs for subscription renewals
From the first renewal, subscription orders are automatically shipping free. Shipping costs are only charged for the very first order if the order value is below the threshold for free shipping.

What does it mean to subscribe to a product?
When you subscribe to a product, you will automatically receive your desired product either on a monthly basis, every two months or every three months . A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
You will also receive a reminder email three days before the subscription renews.
When and how often is payment made?
This depends on which subscription model you choose. A monthly subscription is charged once a month, a 2-month subscription once every two months and a 3-month subscription once every 3 months. For subscription orders, no prepayment and no order on account (Klarna) is possible.
Where can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time in your customer account . Here you also have the option to cancel your subscription at any time and customize it according to your wishes.
For example, you can add or remove products, adjust the frequency, suspend a delivery or even give away.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time on a monthly basis. There is no minimum term. After taking out a new subscription, there is a period of three days until you can cancel your subscription.
