A.Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

Notwithstanding this, the withdrawal period in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MoleQlar GmbH, Französische Straße 20, 10117 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: 0800 4001009, E-Mail: support@moleqlar.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a member state of the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
