You don't want to keep the product you ordered or you bought the wrong item or the wrong quantity? That can happen! We have a 30-day right of return. Within this time, you can return the purchased items to the following address for a refund or exchange without giving any reason:

The return will be made at your own expense and is not supported by MoleQlar.

Please contact customer service in advance and provide us with the tracking number when shipping to avoid delays in allocation.

To ensure that your return reaches us safely, we ask that you send the return in a way that is trackable. This gives you and us the certainty of being able to check the status and receipt of the return at any time. Please use a shipping method that provides tracking information. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Shipping Conditions & Delivery Time

The goods are delivered exclusively in Europe. Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany, Austria) within 1 - 5 working days, in Switzerland within 3 - 7 working days and for international deliveries (Europe) within 3 - 10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Your order will be processed and handled automatically. Accordingly, we are normally unable to make any changes shortly after the order has been placed.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
