Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Here you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions in connection with our partner Vitalmatch.
How will my data be used?
Vitalmatch helps you based on a sophisticated AI algorithm to identify the nutrients you may be missing. The tool works exclusively with relevant medical data from your findings. This includes, for example, blood values and other diagnostic information that indicate possible nutrient deficiencies. No personal or sensitive data is analyzed that is not necessary for the nutrient analysis.
Is my data secure?
Your data will only be used once for analysis and then deleted. There is also no intermediate storage and no conclusions can be drawn about personal data.
How does the correlation between blood count and micronutrients work?
Your findings are analyzed using state-of-the-art artificial intelligence. Our system recognizes relevant data from your medical records and structures it so that potential nutrient deficiencies can be identified. This is a quick, uncomplicated way to better understand your general nutritional needs. However, the analysis is in no way a substitute for a consultation with your trusted doctor.
