Wie sollte ich Resveratrol richtig einnehmen?

Resveratrol sollte am besten mit einer Mahlzeit eingenommen werden. Bei dem Molekül handelt es sich nämlich um ein fettlösliches Molekül. Daher empfehlen wir die Einnahme zusammen mit einem Löffel Pflanzenöl (Oliven-, Lein oder Kürbiskernöl - je nach Belieben) oder in einem Joghurt vermischt. Studien zufolge ist die Bioverfügbarkeit von Resveratrol morgens deutlich besser. Auch sollte es vor einer Mahlzeit konsumiert werden, da sonst die, durch das Essen stimulierte, Magensäure den Mikronährstoff leichter zersetzt.

Bitte nicht die empfohlene Dosierung überschreiten. Beim Auftreten von möglichen unerwünschten Nebenwirkungen, kontaktiere medizinisches Fachpersonal.

Wie sollte ich Resveratrol lagern?

Das Resveratrol sollte am besten kühl und trocken gelagert werden. Auch aus direktem Sonnenlicht und von Hitze fern halten. Bitte außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.

Wie lange ist mein Einkauf haltbar?

Prinzipiell kann man von einer Haltbarkeit von ungefähr zwei Jahren ausgehen. Diese Angabe dient lediglich als Richtwert, kann demnach variieren und ist ohne Gewähr. Das genaue Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum deines Einkaufs findest du am Boden der Resveratrol-Dose beziehungsweise der Verpackung notiert.

Resveratrol ist zu 98% rein. Woraus besteht der Rest?

Verite™ Resveratrol ist in der EU als „neuartiges Lebensmittel“ nach der Novel Food-Verordnung zugelassen. Voraussetzung dafür ist der wissenschaftliche Nachweis, dass ein Verzehr gesundheitlich unbedenklich ist. Dabei wird das Herstellungsverfahren mit gentechnisch veränderter Hefe berücksichtigt. Die für den fermentativen Prozess „umgebauten“ Hefen gelten nach den EU-Rechtsvorschriften als „gentechnisch verändert“ (gv). Lebensmittel und -zutaten, die mit Hilfe von gv-Mikroorganismen hergestellt werden, sind nicht kennzeichnungspflichtig, sofern in den Produkten keine Rückstände der Produktionsorganismen nachweisbar sind. Das trifft auch auf Verite™ Resveratrol zu und bestätigt, dass keine gentechnisch veränderten Mikroorganismen im Reinstoff vorhanden sind.

Trans ist dabei kein Hinweis auf das gentechnische Herstellungsverfahren, sondern steht für eine von zwei möglichen Strukturformen (cis- oder trans- Isomere). Die restlichen Bestandteile (unter 2%) sind also lediglich Abbauprodukte von Resveratrol oder seine cis-Isomerform.

Ist Veri-te™ Resveratrol gentechnisch verändert?

Veri-te™ Resveratrol ist gentechnisch unbedenklich, da nur die Gene der Hefen modifiziert wurden, die das Resveratrol herstellen. Die Hefezellen werden im Verlauf des Herstellungsprozesses vollständig entfernt, sodass am Ende nur reines Resveratrol bleibt. Es handelt sich also lediglich um  einen modifizierten Prozess, nicht um ein durch Gentechnik verändertes Produkt.
