Inositol powder

Formerly known as Vitamin B8 inositol is no longer considered a vitamin. Chemically speaking, it is an alcohol, but differs from the well-known potable alcohol. It has about half the sweetening power of household sugar and occurs naturally in plants and animals. Inositol is contained in our food and is involved in involved in many metabolic processes in the body. It exists in nine similar forms (isomers), with myo-inositol being the most important free form. This is found in many metabolic processes, and dhe body can also produce small amounts of myo-inositol itself.

Inositol is a sugar-like molecule that is found in many plant and animal cells, where it fulfills important functions. Among other things, it is a Building block of certain components of the cell membrane and thus contributes to the stability and organization of cells. We recommend a daily intake of 5 grams of Myo-Inositol. Simply take one measuring spoon, preferably in the morning, with a glass of water.
