Wie wird die Methylenblau Lösung richtig gelagert und gehandhabt?

Lagere die braune Glasflasche kühl, trocken und lichtgeschützt, um die Stabilität des Farbstoffs zu erhalten. Die Flasche sollte stets gut verschlossen sein. Dank der mitgelieferten Pipette lässt sich die Lösung exakt dosieren – ein Tropfen enthält etwa 0,5 mg Methylenblau. Achtung: Methylenblau ist stark färbend.

Was zeichnet diese Methylenblau 1 % Lösung aus?

Die Lösung wird aus hochreinem USP-Methylenblau und gereinigtem Wasser hergestellt – ganz ohne Konservierungsstoffe oder Zusätze. Jede Charge wird unabhängig in Deutschland laborgeprüft, um höchste Reinheit und Schwermetallfreiheit sicherzustellen. Wie lange ist Methylenblau haltbar?

Wie wird Methylenblau hergestellt?

Methylenblau wird in einem mehrstufigen chemischen Verfahren aus aromatischen Vorstufen der Phenothiazin-Reihe synthetisiert. Dabei werden die Ausgangsstoffe unter kontrollierten Bedingungen oxidiert und methyliert, bis sich der charakteristische tiefblaue Farbstoff bildet. Für unsere 1 % Methylenblau Lösung in USP-Qualität wird ausschließlich hochreines, zertifiziertes Methylenblau verwendet, das nach pharmazeutischen Standards aufbereitet und von unabhängigen Laboren auf Reinheit und Schwermetallfreiheit geprüft wird. Anschließend wird es in Deutschland mit gereinigtem Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration eingestellt, sorgfältig filtriert und lichtgeschützt in Glasflaschen abgefüllt.
