Red fermented rice contains 2.9 mg monacolin K per portion and is known for its characteristic reddish color. Odorless garlic extract provides 3 mg SAC (S-allyl-cysteine) and is obtained from high-quality garlic. S-allylcysteine (SAC) contributes to the defense against pests and pathogens in the natural environment of garlic and helps to protect the plant from environmental stress.
